The apartment was purchased in August 2007, and fully
redecorated with
most of the "white goods" also being replaced at this time (ie kettle, microwave etc etc).
Since then there have been some major refurbishmentts, with little
remaining from 2007.
The Bedroom
has a double bed, "tallboy" style chest of drawers, large fitted
wardrobes (containing 2 FREE security safes), bed reading lights. ceiling fan, dressing table with mirror
and double glazed "French Windows" to small garden area. A hairdryer
is also provided.
The Living Room
contains a 3 seater sofa (containing
2 single sofa-beds, which can also be set as a double bed), a reclining
leather sofa and armchair. There is also a 32" LCD TV
receiving British terrestrial channels (BBC1,
BBC2, ITV1, Ch4 & Ch5), local TV and some limited
satellite channels, DVD Player (DivX compatible) with selection of DVDs, Hi-Fi System (with
selection of audio CDs),
and a "Media Box" with over 300 top films
for your FREE viewing pleasure. The "Media
Cupboard" contains games, DVDs, audio CDs etc. There are 2 ceiling fans
in the Living Room, as well as a free standing fan. There is also
a built-in cupboard which contains an iron, ironing board, clothes pegs
& mops etc, as well as a few children's beach toys. There is also
a booklet with full instructions for the entertainment system, the 2
safes, as well as local information.
The Kitchen
Completely renewed in 2009 and separated from the Living
Room by a Breakfast Bar with 4 chairs, the fully fitted American style kitchen,
comprises of 4 ring electric hob, electric oven with grill, fridge, kettle,
microwave, toaster, and all crockery & utensils etc.
The Bathroom
Totally rebuilt in 2008, the fully fitted bathroom has bath/shower,
sink, WC, Bidet & illuminated mirror/cabinet. In the cupboard under
the sink there is plenty of storage for all your toiletry essentials.

Built in 1989 and renovated in 2003,
the vast majority of the 98 apartments on this complex were timeshare,
although most are now under private ownership. This is one of few
apartments in the Yucca Park that has never been timeshare, and we have no association with any timeshare
operators, so no meetings, salesmen etc - this is a wholly privately owned
apartment. The complex has the following facilities :
- 3 swimming pools,
including a children's pool.
- FREE sunbeds and parasols in
the area round the swimming pools.
- Poolside bar which is owned and
run by Pauline & Paul. It does a good selection of breakfasts, snacks,
meals etc. as well as drinks. Wednesday night is BBQ & quiz night and
there are other events some evenings. The
breakfasts are superb, and now full evening meals are also
available.
